You do not want to send all chocolate to the squaddies in Iraq. Everything will be liquified before they receive the package. Most significantly, remember that sending a care package is like sending your like to somebody. You need them to know that you are considering them and help to keep them galvanized and their morale boosted. They will appreciate it more than you could ever know.
